Following the successful completion of a major joint project, the team planned to celebrate the occasion with around 220 guests.
The brief was for a signature cocktail bar to serve as the highlight of the event – one that could provide swift service even when demand was high, whilst also creating cocktails tailored to the company’s image.
With this number of guests, the level of preparation determines how smoothly the service runs on the evening. That is why the cocktail selection, quantities, equipment and procedures were tailored in advance to the number of guests and the on-site conditions.
On the day of the event, we take care of all bar catering – from preparation and logistics, through set-up and service, to clearing away after the event.
